Set of song bird ashtrays are great for collecting or using.
This is a vintage set of ashtrays from the 1960s. Set of 2. Made of china. Made by Napco China in Japan. Hand painted. White with bird designs in the centers. They are numbered on the bottom. Rims: brush stroke pattern in gold leaf paint. 3 cigarette rests are gold leaf paint, too. A little over 1/4 inch high, and 4 inches in diameter. 1 has a blue jay on a branch with pink flowers. Other has a bird in purple, green, and brown. I don't know what kind it is. It's on a branch with green leaves. Good condition - no chips or cracks. Blue jay is intact with tiny rub on beak tip. Other bird is good with only beak rubbed off and some of the brown outline on branch tip. Great for bird lovers.
