TEXAS ESTATE WESTERN VINTAGE 1940s 50s GREEN Leather FRINGED Chaps & Felt Hat

ACQUIRED FROM WEST TEXAS~
The chaps and hat have been used. The hat does not have inside markings but has possibly a leather band as shown in photo-has pins in felt to hold shape(as found). The chaps are approx 38' from waist to bottom of fringe as shown. There is some discoloration as can be seen in photos; they have most certainly been used. Waist is adjustable as shown from 22" and smaller. Inside circumference of hat is approx 18".
THESE WERE DEFINITELY HAND SEWN AS CAN BE SEEN FROM PHOTOS.
