    Hand Painted Purple Floral Soft Paste Porcelain Tea Bowl & Saucer C. 1820 - 40s
    Pretty soft paste porcelain tea bowl /handle-less tea cup and saucer. Nicely decorated with hand painted overglaze enamel purple, yellow, and red floral designs. Unmarked. Circa 1820 - 1840s.
    Has crazing typical of British bone china and some staining of the type that may soak out to the inside of the cup, but no chips or cracks.
    Cup measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide x 2 3/8 inches tall.
    Saucer measures approximately 5 1/8 inches wide.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.
