1938 Zenith 15u269 Shutter Robot Dial Console Tube Radio Working!

This is a 1938 Zenith 15u269. I personally listened to this radio for about three hours. I had to tune it by hand because the belt for the tuner has rotted and broken. What a great sound.  The motor does work when you turn the small knob from side to side. At one time this unit has had some work done to it but I didn't take it apart to find out. I assume caps. It needs a little work, there are a few chips on the veneer on the left side (pictured) and the top has come loose on the left side (also pictured) and refinished. Still a great collectors item. Customer is responsible shipping, I will help pack and take it where it needs to go.
