    Description

    Here's an early pearlware Blue Willow pepper pot from the early 1800s.....it has the classic Oriental Blue Willow pattern with pair of lovebirds, Chinese scenes, etc....4"tall....sunken footed base with light blue glaze puddling in ring on bottom....cork stopper for filler hole.....it has 3 chips on the protruding shoulder ring; no other damage. A nice early example made in the 1830s or before...
